I have something SO exciting to share...eeeek!
I have been working on something for quite some time and have wanted to put it together for ages, we are in the final few stages of getting it ready for you all now and I'm struggling to contain my excitement.
You know that feeling when you were a kid on Christmas eve? That bubbling joy that sits in the bottom of your tummy as you try to stay calm and get to sleep? That's how I feel about this! I have worked really hard to get this together and I just want you guys to have it.
As a personal trainer and vegan nutritionist, I see time and time again what a difference I can make to people's lives, not just physically but mentally too. The mind and body cannot be separated and when one feels good, the other begins to feel it too. I want to reach more people and help them live happier and healthier lives.
I have a YouTube channel with loads of free workouts available on there and new ones are uploaded each week, this has helped many of you stay sane during this very strange time which I am thrilled about, yet I want to offer more.
My ActiVe Transformation programs are helping many of you too and my clients are getting such incredible results, not just on the scales and in terms of losing body fat, but they are so much happier. I had one client tell me that she just feels calmer, she used to get worked up with her young kids running about as she was busy sorting a whole list of other things out, yet now, she doesn't. Guiding you through these programs is just incredible and it is a pleasure to see, week by week, you getting fitter, stronger, more confident and happier!
Yet, programs like this aren't for everyone, so I wanted to do more.
Covid-19 has taken it's toll on so many of us, we are struggling to find motivation, falling into bad habits, our mental health is suffering, the list goes on. I want to do something, to provide something, for people to help them begin to feel good again. I want to help people get back into good habits, to feel motivated, to love their reflection and live happier and healthier lives and I believe I can!
We know that accountability and structure play a huge role in maintaining behaviours and actions that we otherwise struggle to keep up. We also know that time is precious and in our busy lives it is hard to find time for ourselves.
So, my solution?
