    My ActiVe in 20 program is a six week training and nutrition course for you to follow at home.

    I get it, life is busy. We don't all have the ability to spend hours in the gym training yet we want to get in shape and feel good in our skin right? That's why I designed ActiVe in 20. Each workout is only 20 minutes long! That is enough time to massively improve your health and fitness levels whilst not impacting negatively on your busy schedule.

     

    What's in the plan?

    *Five video workouts a week, all of which are only twenty minutes!

    How does it work?

    The workouts target the whole body and get progressively more challenging as you move through the program.

    You don't need loads of space or gym equipment to complete ActiVe in 20, it has been specifically designed to complete at home with minimal equipment (some workouts require weights, but if you don't have any, don't panic, you can use tin cans, filled bottles or filled shopping bags etc.)

    No dumbbells = No excuse to quit

     

    A personalised nutritional plan will be emailed to you within 48hrs of you purchasing the course and upon completion of a short form.
