After our initial free consultation I will design a program specifically for you to suit your goals, lifestyle, commitments and preferences.
No two programs are the same.
Your training and nutrition forms the foundation of the program but we will delve into mindest, breathwork, sleep and other crucial elements that have a fundamental impact on your health and wellbeing too.
We have regular communications throughout the week and we will officially "meet up" once a week with our check-ins. We really get to know each other and I work with you each step of the way to empower you, educate you and help you get to where you want to be and then stay there too!
