Energise & Acclimatise
We kick start the day with a 60 minute full body circuits session designed to push you through your paces and get the blood pumping.
We will follow this up with a sensory woodland walk through the grounds of St Donats Castle, activating the mind, body and soul in a beautiful and relaxing setting.
Relax & Refuel
Refuel after a busy morning by enjoying a delicious and nutritious meal inside our 12th century castle.
Buffet style lunch.
HIIT, Stretch & Cold Water
Revive & Rejuvinate
After lunch, we will get the heart rate pumping again with a 30 minute HIIT session. Continue to burn calories long after the session finishes!
A guided cold water dip will be just what you want after building up a sweat in the HIIT session.
Finally we will finish with a relaxing and rejuvenating total body stretch session.
