You did it! You have completed 7 days of self love challenges and tasks. I hope you have enjoyed them and found it useful putting you first for a change. 30 DIFFERENT PLANTS?
How have you been getting on with eating 30 different plants this week?

Did you find it easy or was it something you struggled with? If you found it easy and you didn't have to change anything about your normal eating then, go you, that's great - your gut microbiome is probably very happy indeed - just keep it going.
If you found it to be a real struggle, don't panic, just keep trying, start by adding up to 5 new plants a week until eventually you are happily consuming at least 30 a week.
Thank you for taking part in the challenge and embracing the different tasks. It can be dauting to try something new, but it is always worth giving it a go, there will always be a lesson there somewhere. I hope you discovered a few over the past 7 days.
