My ActiVe Transformations are designed specifically for you. No two programs are the same. After our initial consultation, I will design you a training and nutrition plan for you to follow which you will access through our exclusive app. We have regular communications throughout the week and we will officially "meet up" once a week with our check-in calls. We really get to know each other with these packages and I work with you each step of the way to empower you, educate you and help you get to where you want to be.

"Working with Jo has been and continues to be a real joy in finally feeling that at long last I am working WITH and not AGAINST my body! Since the age of 9 I have had a very unhealthy relationship with food - denying, limiting food groups, diet clubs, shakes, soups, tablets - everything APART from actually listening to what it might need to sustain itself - especially considering the amount of exercise I was asking it to do. Jo has helped me learn that there are no "bad" foods - only choices that we can make according to our needs at the time and that we need to concentrate of feeding the body and helping it to function in order for goals to be achieved. "I have loved my 12 weeks with Jo. I wasn't sure about starting the programme as my diet was generally ok and I managed a couple of exercise sessions a week but struggled to be consistent and wanted to tone up and loose a few extra pounds that I have never been able to shift.
